The comfortably furnished ground floor apartment offers you enough living space
on 600 sq ft and consists of

• living room with sofa-bed, SAT-TV and DVD player and dining area
• fully equipped kitchen with dishes, stove, fridge, dish washer, coffee maker
  and much more
• bedroom with double bed and high-quality mattresses, suitable for allergy sufferers
• glazed balcony with view to garden area
• bathroom with shower/WC
• hall with cloakroom

Our large 8600 sq ft garden area invites you to chill out, to have a barbecue or to
discover the plot. Relax at our fireplace or enjoy the lawn with the deckchairs!

We offer you a free parking lot.
